This program is part of the Cardiology patient education series.

The education is split in to three main sections:

Condition – which includes The structure of the heart, The blood circulation, What is hypertension (blood pressure)?, What causes hypertension?, How is hypertension diagnosed? and How is hypertension treated?

Risk Factor Modification – Including General risk factor modification and Lipids.

Living With – Living with hypertension (blood pressure).

There is also a Resources section which provides useful contact information and web links, and several printable leaflets.

With a range of animations this program is easy to use giving you a better understanding of hypertension which will ultimately improve your quality of life.
