Diabetes UK Patient Focus Day at Pontefract Racecourse

Over a hundred people with diabetes, their carers and families attended an excellent day organised by the Wakefield PCTs and Diabetes UK at Pontefract Racecourse.
Multi-ed demonstrated the diabetes program throughout the day to very audiences.
